This course provides skills necessary in
developing safe and responsible care for
children in absence of guardians.
Prerequisite: Minimum age of 11
Cost is $45.00 (Price includes Babysitter's First Aid Kit)
Please bring packed lunch, beverage and small doll or toy stuffed animal.
Learn what to do in a bleeding, muscle/bone/joint injury, sudden illness and heat/cold emergency involving a child or infant ~ Learn basic care, including feeding, diapering, discipline, safe play, making a resume, danger/hazards and age-appropriate games ~ Student receives handbook, first aid kit and training bandaging kit ~ Infant-size doll or stuffed animal required ~ Student must be 11 years old or older, proof of age required.
